Please allow us to schedule your visit appropriately by providing our office staff with the reason for your visit (ie. medication renewal, adverse drug reactions, follow up for test results, routine visit, diabetes care, mental health counselling).
Urgent visit requests will be evaluated by phone and given priority scheduling if necessary. You may be seen by your Physician or a Nurse Practitioner. Visits are by appointment only.
If you are late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule. Please check with your healthcare provider's office
